These terms govern your use of our site and the procurement of products such as edible oils, pulses, dals, and other FMCG items from 10V Distributors.
Orders & pricing
- Quotes for oils, pulses, dals, and other products are valid for a limited time and subject to availability.
- Taxes, freight, and handling are additional unless expressly stated.
- We may require advance payment or credit approval before dispatch.
Delivery
- Delivery windows are estimates; factors like route or carrier capacity can affect timelines.
- Risk passes on delivery to the agreed location; please inspect oils, pulses, and dals on receipt.
- Report shortages or damages within 48 hours with supporting proof.
Returns & replacements
- Returns are accepted only for justified quality issues or transit damage, subject to prior authorization.
- Perishables or tamper-evident packs of oils, pulses, and dals must be unopened to qualify.
Use of site
- Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt services.
- Content is provided for information; specifications may change without notice.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 10V Distributors is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the value of the affected order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in Karnataka.
